About The Author
Janet Lewis
Janet Stevenson is a fervent author hailing from Memphis, Tennessee. With a robust background surrounded by a large family, she learned the values of love, laughter, and persistence early on. Born to the warm-hearted Mr. L D and Queenie Stevenson, Janet was shaped by her experiences growing up with three brothers and three sisters, each contributing to her rich framework of life.
Throughout her diverse career, Janet has put on many hats, including roles in industrial warehousing, juvenile corrections, and as a direct support person for people with disabilities. She also proudly owned her janitorial service, representing her entrepreneurial spirit. Now, she is adopting her new path as an author and publisher, driven by a dream to share her tales with the world.
Janet’s writing often replicates her life’s journey and the lessons learned along the way. A dedicated mother to two delightful children, Marjoe Stevenson and Dana Rogers, and a loving grandmother to Prince Reed and King Rogers, her family continues to inspire her regularly. Janet hopes to touch readers’ hearts by exploring the themes of love, relationships, and personal development in her writing. With narrative, she invites readers to experience the magic and complication of young romance while also expressing her heartfelt narrative through the eyes of youth and emotion.
